Our Maintenance Team works closely with our Service Team to regularly inspect your equipment and clearly communicate any issues, recommended repairs, or potential upgrades—both to you and to our Service Team. Our goal is to provide clear, consistent communication from job start to job finish, giving you complete peace of mind when it comes to your pool service needs.

 Our team brings a combined 30 years of experience in the pool industry, with a goal of providing the best pool service in the Chattanooga area. We cover all your pool needs, from maintenance and service to renovations, vinyl installation, and more.
We regularly attend annual automation classes with top brands like Jandy, Hayward, and Pentair. In an ever-changing industry, we stay up to date on new products, troubleshooting techniques, and innovations to bring the best solutions back to our customers.

 We send service reports to all customers following the completion of any service or maintenance work. We partner with Skimmer Pool Service Software, which allows our team to include photos of completed work, detailed job notes, alerts to our office, and more.

To streamline billing and give you easy access to your service history, we recommend that all new customers sign up for the Customer Portal. Please note that you must be added to our customer list before you will be able to register for the Portal. We strive to address all new service requests and repair work within a two-week timeframe, depending on the scope and urgency of the situation.
